Is it just me or is Apple running through the city, tail between the leg, screaming that someone stole their kibbles and bits?
Apple is absolutely terrible. There is nothing innovative about their so called patents, except for their overwhelming success with their iPhone, iTouch, and iTunes markets. Ah, you say that’s what makes Apple great and innovative? Wrong! They simply took what the general public was asking, developed a company saving device series and implemented it extremely well. Most of the iPhone users bought the phone to get on the innovative band-wagon. However, Apple is slowing down with creative ways to use their device. The device is limited by it’s hardware, which runs quite far behind most HTC phones, with the new Snapdragon proccessor on board.
Apple, set in their ways, are dooming theirselves in their business model. There is no way that Apple will forever hold the smartphone market (not that they ever have, are you forgetting about RIM?). With the extreme success of Android, Google is pushing itself into the smart phone market, extremely fast. Apple is noticing this and is runnig scared. Running with their tail between their legs.
